Return & Refund Policy

At Go Ask Lee, we are committed to providing high-quality courses and resources designed to help you build your legacy. We stand by the value of our content, and to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business, we’ve established the following return policy.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refund Period:
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date. - Course Progress Limit:
Refunds will only be granted if no more than 20% of the course has been completed. Progress is tracked automatically through our platform. - Non-Refundable Items:
- Courses that include free digital downloads, worksheets, or templates are only refundable if the course meets the eligibility criteria above. These materials are provided as part of the course and are not sold separately.
- Promotional or discounted purchases are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
- Bundled offers or packages with multiple courses are non-refundable if any single course exceeds 20% completion.
How to Request a Refund:
- Submit Your Request:
To initiate a refund, please email support@goasklee with the subject line “Refund Request – [Course Name]”. Include your full name, the email used for purchase, and the reason for your request. - Review Process:
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. If your request meets our eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed through Stripe, our payment partner. - Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Important Notes:
- No Refunds After 7 Days: Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be considered, regardless of course progress.
- Abuse of Refund Policy: Customers found abusing our refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests across multiple courses) may be restricted from future purchases.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues accessing your course, please contact us immediately at support@goasklee.com so we can resolve the issue. Technical issues are not grounds for a refund unless we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will apply to purchases made after the date of the update.
